Ok people...here are some random thoughts on the random things...pretty long so get comfy...i wrote this a while...so enjoy.

its easy to spot a fake person....u can immidiately see that they'r tryin to be something they not....there decisions...hence action reflect this....most people are outward orientated...by this i mean...they look outward...around them...in there enviroment to find an idea or a clue or an answer of who they are....they look to objects for an idea of who they are....not only this but must of us becoz of this outward orientation are attached to objects around us.....we attach ourselves to these objects an mistake them for ourselves....we define ourselves by these objects....its becoz of this mistaken identity that alot of our problems stem from....for a simple reason....everything in the objective world has one prevailant quality...a quality that underlines all physical objects....Change....theres a sayin that goes.."the only think constant is change"....the very nature of objects is that they will change.....so with us attached to objects that continously change...we'r overcome by so many unpleasant feelings...from fear to sadness...why....objects are plenty around us indeed they make up our enviroment...they cannot be avoided...but becoz we mistake them for ourselves...we feel seperate from one another...we feel alone...an yet all we want in live is that feeling of unity...that feeling of belonging...that all boils down to love.....wen we feel love we feel unity...togethernesss...bein part of something larger...but believing we are our objects putting our fate into those objects..we feel instead seperation instead of unity....fear instead of love....

case in point...a guy with a hot car...has a manner about him  that sugests he has a hot car..infact give him half a chance an he'll tell u he has a hot car an with that xpect u to fall down on one knee an praise him an ofcors love him...we all want to be loved in the end and while u might be appalled by this....the majority of girls wud do jus that....becoz of our attachment to objects we live in a  society that has made it ok...infact celebrates this attachment...we are told to work hard an earn money so that we might realise our dreams...our dreams of owning posh cars..big houses nice clothes....we all have em...we spend half our lives in skool waiting for that one big moment....in primary skool we wait for that big moment...its coming...u graduate...highskool....waiting again..its been promised to us..its comin...graduate...college...university...its coming again..work hard and it will come...work very hard..it WILL come...graduate....work...look for work...join a company...a junior...work very hard...its coming...u wake up one day 40 yrs old and realise...it was all a lie...from kindergarden they told u..."work hard and u will get wat u want"....we woked hard..we strived...faught...an now we'r tired...wat hapened where did life go....why is it a struggle..??

this is about the point society calls...a mid life crisis...wen 40 somthings panic apon realising their lives are comin to an end and they still do not have wat they were promised....love...pure hapiness...peace.....Love, pure hapiness and peace, all qualities that do not change...there not physical...u cannot point love to me..or show me where i can find peace....u cant touch hapiness...an yet we all KNOW that  they exist....make the connection here...objects continously change...we attatch ourselves to them thinking that they are us...we are owned by them...we fight over them...we hate each other over them....but the qualities that all of us want in life...the very reason we work so hard for these objects....hapiness..peace.love....are not physical....not objects.....

we think by gaining more and more of these objects...we will finaly arive to where we'v been working so hard to get to....peace...love..hapiness....u finaly by that car...it shud be the end..but its neva the case...in a short time we'r empty again...not fullfilled...so we seek then the next object that we think will fullfill us this time around....its insanity....

The definition of insanity: Taking the same course of action again and again and each time expecting a different result...

its jus not objects like cars or clothes...even people....we go from person to person, relationship to relationship...hoping that each one will bring us that blissfull love...that hapiness...but ofcors each one ends in disaster with each person hating the other...to the next person or object we go carrying the anger and fear of failure with us form the last xperience...a new relationship we enter into...but as soon as we do...we project our doubts an fears onto the other....insuring the relationship is doomed from its very begining....

this is wat it means to be outward orientated...to always look outside of urself for who u are...an wat u want....saddly our entire humanity is based on this view point...as such we grow up believing this is the only way of live....we are literaly under hypnosis...collective societal hypnosis....awaken from this....break free from the collective conciousness that has held u in a rutt for so long...a conciousness that says anger is ok....natural urges like sex are bad...everyman for himself....u HAVE to work hard..strain...exhaust urself...to achive ur dreams....a conciousness where violence is accepted as a last resort to defend ones opinion...and thats all War is...the ultimate position one takes to defend ones opinion...

mistaking ones self as thier objects also means defending those objects as u wud urself...opinion is an object...be it a subtle one...but one we defend against enyone who dares disagree

....ideas...beliefs...all these are objects that we mistake ourselves for...wars have been fought over opinions and beliefs....think about urself...how many times do u agrue in a day or a week just to defend ur opinion..idea..belief....the person u argue with feels jus like u....as if either will lose their lives if they lost the argument....oh God forbid if u lose an argument...sometimes i think people think the world wud sooner end than lose one...or changed thier minds about something....

...End this way of thinking...of being....realise that u need to not excert urself so....u have everything that u'v ever needed and wanted right now... in this moment..in this instant....

wat drives us all...wat makes us do anything...??...walk sit...stan...eat...buy a car...wat makes us do all this.....Desire....desire is that impulse...that feeling of potentiality that arises from the deepest parts of our beings...and all that desire desires....is to be fullfilled.....an it is completly natural....life is such that wat we desire is manifested in the physical.....from a desire from the non physical...to its manifestation in the physical....

simply put...wat we desire we manifest....but it is not that manifestation that fullfills us...no....becoz within us we contain both desire and manifestation...both question and answer...jus as the the universe excists in the perfect harmony of extreme opposites...hot and cold...far and near....here and there...high and low....big and small...male and female...light and darkness...a man born blind does not know darkness becoz he has neva seen light...as such we are beyond both aspects of the same...but we must know one to know the other...

so to think that the manifestation of a desire is the source of our hapiness...only leads to more suffering...manifestion is objective...physical...desire made flesh...no real hapiness or peace or love maybe found in any physical manisfestation of desire....its fleeting ever changing....how else wud life  be as it is if not for desire or more importantly the fullfillmemt of desire....humanity continues to advance technologicaly faster and faster based on desire...desire to get there quicker...to do things faster...we manifest our desires of doing all these things faster quicker, easier...and then attatch ourselves to these manifestations....realise that u are niether manifestation nor desire...as in nature...there is an effortless balance...

point in case: A gardener plants a seed...he has complete faith in nature...he does not worry or fear or pray for the seed to grow...he simply plants it...pays attention to it...and nature does the rest....within the seed...is the potential for a tree...within the seed is the neccessary mechanics for a tree to appear....finaly a tree appears and in a certain season the tree  produces apples....the tree apples...!!..lol....imagine an alien species came to the milkywat galaxy 2 million yrs ago...and found just a lump of earth....they leave and come bak 2 million yrs later..and find that lump of rock has people on it...they wud say "look that rock has peopled.."...lol...the universe is the tree...earth the apple...

in the same way that a seed has the potential to grow into a tree...we as humans...have that same seed...the same potential to grow...into wat we have only started to glimpse...think Einstein...think Jesus...think Mandela...inherant in the desire...is the mechanics for its fullfillment....i'll say it again...inherant in the desire...is the mechanics for its fullfillment....this is where it all comes together so pay close attention....where does desire arise from..??....we might say that it arises from a field of infinite possibilities AND impossibilities...a field of infinite potential....where anything and everything is possible...

lets think for second how the universe came about....if we say it begun at a certain point...that raises the question of wat was there b4...and wat  was there b4 that...and even b4 that... the truth of the matter is its impossible to say from where and when the universe came into being...but wat we can say for sure...is that it is...It just IS...another way of thinking about it is...this field of infinite potential....can be thought of as the underlaying background...the blackness that lies behind all creation...the nothingness from where all creation...all life simply springs from....lets think of it that way....then think of life as a desire from this infinite field of possibilities and impossiblities that has fullfilled itself.....as i sed earlier each desire has the neccessary mechanics for its fullfillment....

Look at nature....do u see nature struggling...working hard...do birds migrating to another region struggle...does the tree work hard to touch the sky and sun...do fish struggle to breath underwater.....the whole of nature works effeciently...organised to achive the most with the least effort...nature is vastly intelligent....as humans we'v studied nature in close detail...and the more we look the more we are at a loss to xplain....but we agree that there is an inteligence that organises natures complexities...moreover...the same complexity, intelligence is at work in our own bodies...

our bodies contain cells that think for themselves...they combat harmfull bacteria...they secrete the right hormones at precisely the right time in precisely the right amounts...our minds ARE our bodies...wen ur angry...the cells in ur body become angry too..agitated...adrenaline is secretted....wen ur happy ur cells are happy too...dopamine and seritonin are secretted making u feel good...euphoric....we have our very own drug store in our bodies a million times more efficient than any artificial drugs...infact the only time we as humans do anything is disturb the natural rythmn of our bodies....worrying..stressing...and fearing all affect our bodies producing harmful toxins that slowly poison our bodies....our bodies work perfectly wihtout us having to add all sorts of uneccessary preasures on them....it is a scientific fact that the most heart attacks  occured on Monday morning at 9am...coincidence..??....people who have suffered heart attacks were asked 2 questions..."are u happy and are u happy with ur job (job satisfaction) all cases the answer was no....do the math....

the same intelligence that organises the universe...that insures millions of stars and planets move in complete unison...in complete harmony with every thing else....and all done without the slighest effort....nature by doing less does more...effortlessly

this is where being grounded in ur own being bares fruit....all u need do is hold ur desire as it arises..simply be aware of it...and then let it go...leave the details to the universe...let that same intelligence that drives the stars and planets and ur body take care of how ur desire will be realised...becoz if u fuss...if u worry about how ur desire will be fullfilled....is attaching urself to the outcome....life is a process...a process of being...most people live life outcome oriented....always focused on the outcome....a desire arises and we immediately focus on the ourcome...completely over looking the joy of the process....the fullfillment lies in the porcess...other wise wats the use...wats the use of life at all if its goal oriented...u think life is going somewhere...to some finish line...to a goal..a place in time..in the future...no...life just is...its hapenin...a  process without effort...

wen we're dancing to music...do we aim for a specific spot on the dance floor and say "i will end up there"...no..we jus dance...the act itself is the goal...the fullfillment...this why we love music so much....music is just as it is...it just hapens...it has no particular place its going..if it was going somwhere...goal oriented...we have music made of just the end note....s big loud noise to say its the end...the last chords of the song....

the very fact that we are alive means that our desires will be fullfilled...and these desires are fullfilled with the least effort possible if we surrender to the wisdom of the universe...that sed...we might say that life is devine wisdom fullfilling itself...instead of pushing and pulling against life...sit back...let the universe take care of fine print...the small details...its better than any laywer u'll ever find...true hapiness....true peace comes becoz we relenquish both desire and manifestaion equally...inner fullfillment hapens simply becoz we are already content knowing that our desires will be fullfilled...even more...we have the oportunity in the light of knowing to enjoy the process of manifestation of desires....to relish an delight in the knowledge...the certainty that the universe is as it is....we over flow with abundance of all the qualities of love, peace, hapiness...so much so that we help others...we help nature...and in so doing have the whole force of the universe...of God behind us...becoz now we are doing natures work..Gods work...we are citizens of nature....

realise that u are part of the universe...part of the rocks the tress...stars...infact every time we take a breath we breath in ever single person on this earth...how u say..??...simple really....becoz of the nature of physicality...change is a constant...our bodies change...the trees change...the body u had 5yrs ago is no longer the same body u have now...everything from the stomach linning to ur skin is different...new cells replace old ones...the body u had yesterday is not the same one u have now...much as changed jus as u cannot step into the same river twice...each moment it changes...the basic element Carbon cannot be distroyed..its simply changes the pattern with which it conects itself....an ordinary stone left for a million years may become a diamond...Jesus or Mohamed or Buddha are all part of us becoz of we share the same basic elements...

but our cnciousness remains the same...unchanged....with a new body everyday...new cells...the taste buds in our mouths have have changed  so many times since birth but somehow  we still remember wat ice cream tastes like...where i this information stored...?? in the body..??..ur brain cells..??...they too are always replaced by new brain cells...and yet we remember all sorts of things...can u point to where memory is in ur head...no scientist has...but conciousness remians the same...it is not in the physical...its beyond the physical..and from pure conciousness...pure potential..... do we really come from..,from where a part of us still lies....from here does desire come and manifest in the physical....inside each one of us is the seed of God....its desire is to be fullfilled...become the God that u are....

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person. When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or
at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. Ipod Nano

Last week, Apple unexpectedly presented the successor to its popular iPod Mini, and in so doing, surprised even the firm's most loyal fans. The secrecy was perfect, since the new MP3 player weighs only a third of the already-compact iPod Mini: 1.48 ounces (42 g).

 This new iPod is so small and thin that it resembles a large credit card, and is available in either black or white. Because of its ultra-compact dimensions, in particular the extremely flat design, it fits into any pocket or sports jacket. Even a light summer suit works well, due to the minimal weight; it is precisely this criterion that is not always met by various competitors. Compared to the preceding iPod Mini, the five control keys on the iPod Nano are even smaller - but as if to compensate, there is now a color display featuring a 1.5" (38 mm) diagonal picture and 187x132 pixel resolution. Besides showing song titles and names, the display can also show photos, though this is of course not always entirely useful due to its size.

hey babes...weeell...looks like ur in quite the pickle huh...not to worry tho...lucky for u there are people who think along the same lines....i know i'v always thougth marriage to be something of an institution...where the stakeholders asume two different roles...the "Husband" and the "Wife"....keep in mind this is pretty much the same institution that we enrolled in... in high skool...ie...The "Boyfriend & Girlfriend" Institute....where again we asumed these roles that we play out according to these neat little "scripts" each party carries in thier heads....but ofcors life and people are highly unpredictable and so we watch in horror as our signifcant others act in ways that are jus not part of the script...and ofcors it works visa versa......like every institute...there is a certain criteria that we use to judge wether or not a potential stakeholder is fit or has the "right" qualities to enter into the agreement....but the fact is...the majority of us carry so much fear around that we project it onto everyone we meet...relationships, marriages all doomed to fail becoz in the bak of our minds theres that nagging fear of this impeding doom.....

 an ofcors our worst fears always manifest and sadly we accpet this and move onto the next failed relationship...on an on we go always searchin but never trully believing that each person we meet cud be the right one despite wat our hearts say...yes that feeling u get of being light headed an giddy..... continoulsy we project our worst fears on each other....painting ugly, monsterous pictures of distorted reality in which WE ourselves adpot the very same roles that we hate most in each other.....the lair....the instigator...the vindicator...the avenger....the righteous.....the saint....the devil.....pushing and shoving...xpending so much energy focusing on wat things shud be...wat a relationship, marriage, people...shud be according to our script......which is formed from all manner of assumptions, opinions, perceptions....that most of the time arent even our own but come form various sources....race, gender, income, lifestyle, sexuality, background...even wat neighbourhood u grew up in.....

and how these "scripts" serve us is plain for all to see...jus look an see in ur life....how u pull out the apropriate "script" for every situation....and like an actor....act out ur role.....we live such lives of mundane predictability that on a deeper level...our beings that are made of pure joy and love are suffocated causing us to feel that very familiar feeling of loneliness, hopelessnes, the lack of positivity....that zest for life that arises by simply realizing that u are Life.....our being yearn for the magical spontanious creatiivity of pure self expression....to aile these dreaded feelings we constantly search for that something, somone that will deliver us from this pain......and yet the cycle perpetautes itself...becoz with that "script"...we never trully see wat is right in from of us.....wat is in us......wat is for us...wat is our birthright....wat is ours by default...love, peace, joy, happiness.....

we live so far in the past or the future tending to our never ending lists of If's or could be's that breed fear and anxiety never allowing a moment of peace and quiet....constantly struggling, re-adjusting our scripts to fit the ever changing, swirling spontanious currents of life.....that we miss the whole purpose of life....the eternal moment of now....

Erotic images can make you go blind, scientists say

 Researchers have finally found evidence for what good Catholic boys have known all along – erotic images make you go blind. The effect is temporary and lasts just a moment, but the research has added to road-safety campaigners’ calls to ban sexy billboard-advertising near busy roads, in the hope of preventing accidents.

 The new study by US psychologists found that people shown erotic or gory images frequently fail to process images they see immediately afterwards. And the researchers say some personality types appear to be affected more than others by the phenomenon, known as “emotion-induced blindness”.

 David Zald, from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and Marvin Chun and colleagues from Yale University in Connecticut, showed hundreds of images to volunteers and asked them to pick a specific image from the rapid sequence. Most of the images were landscape or architectural scenes, but the psychologists included a few emotionally charged images, portraying violent or sexually provocative scenes.

 The closer these emotionally charged images occurred prior to the target image, the more frequently people failed to spot the target image, the researchers found.

 “We observed that people failed to detect visual images that appeared one-fifth of a second after emotional images, whereas they can detect those images with little problem after neutral images,” Zald says.

Primitive brain

 “We think there is essentially a bottleneck for information processing and if a certain type of stimulus captures attention, it can jam up the bottleneck so subsequent information can’t get through,” Zald explains. “It appears to happen involuntarily. The stimulus captures attention and once allocated to that particular stimulus, no other stimuli can get through” for several tenths of a second.

 He believes that a primitive part of the brain, known as the amygdala, may play a part. That region is involved in evaluating sensory input according to its emotional relevance and has an autonomic role, influencing heart rate and sweating.

“It is possible that emotionally-charged stimuli produce preferential rapid routing of the impulse that bypasses the slower cortical route via the amygdala," Zald told New Scientist. "Patients with amygdala lesions pick out the target image without reacting to violent images, although they show normal blindness reactions when sexual images are introduced, which suggests another mechanism may also be involved.”

Harm Avoiders

The researchers think emotion-induced blindness could lead to drivers simply not seeing another car or pedestrian if they have just witnessed an emotionally charged scene, such as an accident or sexually explicit billboard.

 The effect could exacerbate the more obvious problem of drivers simply being distracted by large, arresting images. "It's the responsibility of drivers to ensure that when they are behind the wheel they keep their eyes on the job in hand," says a spokeswoman from Brake, a UK road safety organisation.

 And some people are more vulnerable than others. The study assessed participants using a personality questionnaire, rating them according to their level of “harm avoidance”. Those scoring highly were more fearful, careful and cautious; those scoring low were more carefree and more comfortable in difficult or dangerous situations.

 The researchers found that those with low harm avoidance scores were better able to stay focused on a target image than those with high harm avoidance scores.

 “People who are more harm avoidant may not be detecting negative stimuli more than other people, but they have a greater difficulty suppressing that information,” Zald suggests

The Brake spokeswoman says companies should think about the consequences of placing emotionally charged billboards at dangerous road junctions: “We should be concerned if drivers are experiencing split-second breaks in concentration, which could result in an accident or death on the roads.”

No Alcohol in Baghdad airport 

 Iraq's transportation minister, a Shiite Muslim, has ordered a ban on alcohol sales at the Baghdad airport, declaring the facility as "a holy and revered" piece of Iraq. The airport duty-free shop so far has refused to comply with the order by Salam Maliki. Airport officials said Maliki threatened to have the store's $800,000 supply of alcoholic beverages destroyed. The alcohol ban heightened fears of some more-secular Iraqis that the Shiite Muslim majority might seek to impose a rigid interpretation of Islamic law in Iraq. Questions about religious law and the rights of women have come up frequently as Iraq's constitution-writing committee attempts to complete a draft by Aug. 15. Early drafts have referred to sharia, or Islamic law, on such issues. Employees at the duty-free shop in the airport said they received a letter Thursday from the airport's director general after a recent trip by Maliki. "Given that the airport is a holy and revered part of Iraq's land, the minister ordered a ban on selling alcoholic drinks in the airport," Maliki's aide said Friday.

During the course of their research regarding toilet seats, Goldberg and Leyner found reports of gonorrhea, pinworm and roundworm found on toilet seats -- although, catching something is rare. The authors discovered that an office setting might be worse for your health than toilet seats. i duno about other men out there...but i sure do love my nipples....hehe...among other things they make me look somewhat human.....an an office space having more bacteria is a scary thought.....a 9 to 5 job cud be trickier than i thought.....oh well with so much violence and hatred in the world i half expect bacteria to get in on the action...good thing they dont have weapons of mass distruction...have an awesome weekend people...!!!

Boy sends Bomb Threat to Bank 

A 10-year-old boy caused havoc at a bank in southern Poland when he dropped a fake bomb threat in a deposit box, apparently as a protest after his mother received slow service. Officers evacuated the bank in the city of Chorzow after an employee found a note threatening to "kill everyone with a bomb" if the bank did not hand over 50,000 zlotys ($14,600) within 24 hours. "It turned out to be a 10-year-old boy who had been in the bank the day before with his mother ... apparently he was motivated by impatience at the length of time it took for her to complete formalities," said a police spokesman. Police said the matter had been referred to a court.

Wen i was younger ma dad used to take me to the city an we'd always have to make these loooooong stops at the bank...i so hated it....i'd get unbelievably bored an restless....an daydream about the most obscure  things....but this boy has been watchin way to much NEWS.....terrorists an suicide bombings carried out so frequently on the news a  10yr old boy starts to think thats they way of things....very....very...alarming...
